About the volunteering opportunity
The Checker team is made up of dedicated people who are committed to more accessibility and inclusion in Hanau. Some also call us "everyday professionals for accessibility". Through various actions and offers we draw attention to obstacles in our society and show ways to more accessibility. We bring our experience and thus raise awareness among the public.
Your Tasks
Together we want to draw attention to barriers and help shape a society in which everyone can participate in life. With us, there are many things to do, because whether you like:
- writing or discussing,
- being artistic,
- making phone calls,
- organizing or planning
- loving social media or
- simply having good ideas or
- being a doer ...
we need you and your preferences.
What's needed
All can participate, whether with or without disability. Every experience is important. We meet once a month in the team in Hanau and plan with a lot of fun energetic actions. Mostly at different places, which we then immediately test for accessibility. Come along!
