As a Human Resources Manager, you have the big picture. You keep things running smoothly, work proactively and change the club for the better. Help us to ensure that processes are smooth and everything runs smoothly. This way we can get the best out of Woé zon loo and support the people in Togo to develop their potential.

Your Tasks

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Recruiting: Find great new faces who want to make a difference. Write job postings and conduct the first interviews with interested people

• Onboarding: give new members the best possible start they can have with us

• Internal communication & processes: are especially important in a remote working association. You regularly optimize these areas with us

• Motivation: Promote the motivation of our committed members

• Staff development: Find the most exciting free workshops or give your own workshops so that everyone at WZL can go above and beyond

What's needed

What should you bring to the table?

• Sense of responsibility: Willingness to take initiative and responsibility for the tasks in your position

• People Person: You are good with people, find the right words & show empathy

• Organizational talent: You can organize yourself & projects well

• Fun to convince: You enjoy storytelling and can inspire people with your ideas

• Education: A background with a focus on HR, business administration, education or (business) psychology is desirable, but not mandatory

• Remote:Work from home whenever it suits you best

• Flexibility: Support us depending on how much time you have at the moment (min. 2-3h/week), we always have understanding for time constraints

• Teamwork: You are an integral part of our Human Resource Management Team

Woé zon loo e.V. is a non-profit association that implements social projects in Kpalimé, Togo together with the Togolese NGO International Volontaire en Action (IVA). In doing so, we are committed to a variety of projects for children and young people, especially for fair educational opportunities as well as access to quality health care.
