About the volunteering opportunity
Native and women with a migration backround want opportunities to meet in protected spaces and would like to contribute their own strengths in order to support each other and experience self-efficacy in the process. We are creating an innovative tandem and community network for women, in which an initial (digital) meeting, accompanied by us, ensures suitable tandem partners. First, two women form a 1:1 tandem and then the participants organize their own community meetings with other tandem pairs via our online platform. These meetings can be freely arranged, whether it is a visit to the theater or a barbecue spent together. The goal is personal encounters and exchange, with which we promote the social growing together of women.
