Support the Tafel Wittingen by building social media channels and provide them with content

In Germany, many tons of food are destroyed every day, even though they are still fit for consumption. At the same time, there are also millions of people in this country who do not have enough to eat. The food banks create a bridge between abundance and scarcity: they collect qualitatively perfect food that would otherwise end up in the trash and distribute it to the socially and economically disadvantaged - free of charge or for a symbolic amount.

In and around Wittingen, there are many people who live at the subsistence level. Therefore, donations and voluntary work are essential for our survival.

To further build our network, recruit volunteers and inform people, we would like to be represented on various social media channels.
In coordination with us, you can flexibly decide which apps and channels you would like to build and provide with content. Are you an expert on Instagram and Facebook or would you like to keep interested parties up to date in a Signal / Telegram group? Then please contact us and we will discuss individually how you would like to get involved!
Of course, you will always be supported by our team of volunteers and full-time staff.

Our office is staffed on Tuesday and Friday from 08:30 - 12:00. You are welcome to join us here. Otherwise, you can also work on it remotely with a flexible schedule.
