What are 5-Minute Commitments?
With our 5-Minute Commitments, we want to inspire you to easily integrate volunteering into your everyday life. They are independent of non-profit organizations and allow you to individually get involved for people and nature in your neighborhood.
Your Tasks
Tell your friends and family that you are involved or have been involved yourself and what experiences you have had. By doing this, you can encourage them to look into getting involved as well. Make sure that you are not missionary, but that you make them want to become active themselves. For example, let them look around on vostel.de for a topic that interests them personally
What's needed
This 5-minute commitment doesn't require any special prerequisites.
Time required
You can incidentally make friends and family aware of opportunities to get involved yourself in everyday life.
Location
This project is location independent.
