About the volunteering opportunity
Our Cafe'Mehrwert is centrally located on the market in Lengenfeld- a place by and for everyday heroes.
We thus offer a hub for people with an interest in food appreciation and community. With the project we achieve direct action against poverty and a good food supply for our children.
We need YOU for the distribution of the lunch soup for children- cooked from rescued food (provided by Gewissensbisse Lengenfeld).
Your Tasks
You support our association by giving out a free lunch soup to children on weekdays Tuesday to Friday, around lunchtime.
These are prepared by the Cafe'Mehrwert - or in the future also by you and other volunteers, but this is a project for the future with sufficient interested people (we have a small kitchen that allows this - feel free to contact us if you also want to do this), for now it is only about the output.
What's needed
We are happy about every participation in our project. You don't have to have any special previous experience, but you can also attach importance to a good midday meal yourself and like to put a smile on children's faces.
You should be sociable and have a lot of fun.

Time required
Weekly from Tuesday to Friday at a fixed time (12pm-2pm) you can give out a free lunch soup for children or become a soup sponsor with a financial support in the Cafe'Mehrwert (Add Value) in 08485 Lengenfeld auf dem Markt 1.
How often you can volunteer with us (once a week, once a month), we can discuss together.
Important notice
What is your added value?
You actively shape your region. Healthy break supply, which costs the children nothing is incredibly important for the healthy development of the people, also your children can profit from it.
You learn to link food appreciation with a good conscience and learn more about resource conservation by saving!
We care about your commitment and find an appropriate appreciation for your being there. For example, a free reusable soup container, which you can then also use privately.
You are a mainstay in our project, can work in the distribution, preparation or as a soup sponsor and thus be a financial support for us.
We are in a large development process, so do not be surprised if our commitment offer is also just developing.
