About the volunteering opportunity

We are looking for people to help us with a table tennis program for refugees. You enjoy table tennis, you like to help people improve, you enjoy playing with each other and you bring patience? Then come and play table tennis with our residents!

Playing together is the most fun. Whether alone or with friends, we are happy about any support. You are interested, then write us! :)
Your Tasks
Play table tennis together with the residents. If possible, we are also happy to give tips.

Important notice
It simply does people a lot of good to do something together. Unfortunately, the motivation through offers is often missing. We want to create offers together with volunteers to support the people with us but also that different people come together and exchange.

When you read "Johanniter", you usually think of blue lights and first aid courses. But we do even more: our regional association was founded in 1990. Since then, we have been looking after all those who want and need our help. In the Leipzig/North Saxony area, around 900 employees work for Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe on a full-time and voluntary basis. We run daycare centers, children's and youth facilities and care for elderly people in their own homes. We are active in refugee aid and civil protection, train our young people in youth groups and ensure safety at events with paramedics. Become a part of it too!
