Administration at Colorful e.V.

We would like more volunteers for our administration area in our great and young Colorful Family. Our administration includes member services, sending birthday greetings, and more. Even if you don't know any of this yet, we work together as a team, so feel free to contact us anyway.

Your Tasks

• Manage our members
• Creating documents and correspondence
• Contacting the members
• Liaison between members and the board
• Administration of applications and orders
• Assistance in the work of the association

What's needed

• You need basic knowledge of German for this volunteer position
• free time management, regularly or sporadically
• Reliability for commitments
• Teamwork and/or independent work
• Text joy
• Know-How in administration is an advantage
• Fun and pleasure in dealing with people
• Honesty
• Creativity
• Desire to work together against discrimination
• Regular participation in team meetings

Time required

You can flexibly arrange your time and distribution of tasks, once a month there is a team meeting that lasts about 2 hours.
