Self-help counseling at Colorful e.V.

We would like more volunteers for our Colorfulplace area in our great and young Colorful Family. Our Colorfulplace offerings include holding self-help counseling on topics such as contraception, bullying and outing, and more. Even if you don't know any of this yet, we work together as a team, so feel free to contact us anyway.

• Implementation of self-help meetings
• Composition of various materials for the young people
• Participation of the open meeting of the respective institution
• Responding to the questions of the young people

• You need basic knowledge of German for this volunteer position
• Regular work in the afternoon
• Reliability for commitments
• Teamwork and/or independent work
• Know-How in working with young people is an advantage
• Creativity
• Desire to work together against discrimination
• Willingness to talk about own experience and identity
• Time for training and further education for qualification measures
• Desire to work with young people
• Open, respectful attitude towards other people - our area of expertise is sexual and gender diversity, but there is no room for other forms of discrimination than homophobia and transphobia in our project
• Regular participation in team meetings
