About the volunteering opportunity
Whether a shopping trip or a concert visit we always try to enable our residents to participate. In order to be able to continue to do this on a regular basis, we are looking for a motivated, reliable person who would like to drive the Ford Transit and support the caregivers on excursions.
Your Tasks
You would leave from our facility with our residents and caregivers. The destination and duration of the excursions will be discussed with you in advance. Of course, you can come to the events and watch the performances you attend.
Before it starts, you will be given an introduction to driving the Ford Transit so that you feel more confident.
What's needed
You need a driver's license class B for the volunteering offer.
Time required
The trips with the Ford-Transit are expected to take place 1 to 2 times a week.

In the AWO residential and nursing home "Am Eikel", we want to create a personal living space for our residents, give them as much independence as possible and thus allow them a largely individual lifestyle. The well-being and individuality of our residents are our priority.
In order to make their lives experiential, we offer our residents extensive activity opportunities through individual care, group activities, seasonal festivals and regular excursions.
