Event photography support wanted!

As an umbrella organization of Stuttgart's migrant associations, (post-)migrant organizations and initiatives the Forum of Cultures also focuses on empowerment at the center of its activities. A major role here is played by the qualification and the civic engagement of migrant associations - a socially valuable potential that has hardly been noticed so far. With the House of Resources the commitment of migrant organizations is promoted and expanded through training opportunities as well as targeted structural, but also project-related support.

This valuable commitment of the associations becomes visible above all through representation as well. In the context of this, we are currently looking for interested volunteers who make good and happy photos and would like to be present at events of associations and photograph them. The idea behind this is that the photos can then be used both by the (post-)migrant organizations, initiatives and associations as well as serve us for our communication measures and the visualization of their commitment. At best, a small group of volunteers will emerge that could take on this task. Associations should then have the opportunity in the future to contact us with the need for a photographer with us.

Your Tasks

Support us as a volunteer in photographing and be present at exciting events (post-)migrant organizations and initiatives . We would like to build up a small group of volunteers who can take over this task if associations need them. If you are interested, please contact us and we will include you in our volunteering pool. What's needed

Commitment and Reliability are the essential requirements that you should bring. An own camera and knowledge in photography (hobby sufficient) are also necessary.

The Forum der Kulturen Stuttgart e. V. is the head organisation of Stuttgart's migrant organisations. We are committed to intercultural dialogue, cultural diversity and equal participation of migrants and their descendants in social and cultural life.
