About the volunteering opportunity
For an operational team of 7 colleagues, we are looking for a dedicated person who could introduce our team to basic functions, rules and work organization steps in dealing with MS Teams.
The team would like to build a digital knowledge platform that all team members can access and expand / change / access the shared knowledge at all.

Your Tasks
We would be delighted if our colleagues could gain confidence in using the program as part of a digital training course and be able to use useful and helpful functions safely and thus build up a digital knowledge platform.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
Confident use of MS Teams and a desire to pass on this knowledge to friendly colleagues in the field of social work.
Time required
Once
On weekdays, during the day
Perhaps a digital training session lasting no more than half a day would be ideal.

We organise housing for homeless clients or clients threatened by homelessness, advise and accompany the housing conditions, offer social tenant counselling as well as outpatient assisted living and are also active in refugee assistance.
