Free of charge, anonymous and confidential, the parents' helpline offers quick and uncomplicated initial assistance with parenting issues or in acute crisis situations.

Listening without time pressure and looking for ideas and solutions together.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.

- Reliability
- extended certificate of good conduct (can be applied for free of charge with a certificate from us)
- 6 months - training course to become a counselor for the parents' telephone. The training comprises about 100 hours.
