About the volunteering opportunity

As a non-profit organization (NPO), Zeichen gegen Mobbing e. V. aims to provide a nationwide network to improve the way we live together tomorrow. As a non-profit organization, we support those affected, schools and parents in dealing with bullying.

As a video strategist, you will have both a direct and indirect influence on the effectiveness and reach of our organization. For the strategic orientation of our video formats (internal e.g. training video; external e.g. Instagram formats) we are now looking for several video strategists (m/f/d) in voluntary work with free time management in the home office.

Your Tasks

Revision of our existing video strategies
Conceptualizing new video formats (internal and external)
Working closely with our graphics, editing and communications teams to effectively visualize our messages and align them with our other content
Creating and revising guidelines
For video shoots, you will be responsible for pre-briefing everyone involved together with our communications team

What's needed

For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.

Sound knowledge in the field of video conception
Experience in creating social media content and video production
Creative thinking and a good feel for new video formats and trends
Very good written German language skills or ability to compensate with AI
Reliability, ability to work in a team and an independent way of working
Interest in social issues and working in a non-profit environment
