About the volunteering opportunity

With Zeichen gegen Mobbing e. V., we as a non-profit organization (NPO) want to offer a nationwide network for improving the coexistence of tomorrow. As a non-profit organization, we support those affected, schools and parents in dealing with bullying.

As an editor, you will have both a direct and indirect influence on the effectiveness and reach of our organization. For the practical implementation of our video strategy and formats (internal e.g. training video; external e.g. Instagram formats), we are now looking for several editors (m/f/d) in voluntary work with free time management in the home office.

Your Tasks

  • Editing of open video projects
  • Implementation of new video formats (internal and external)
  • Working closely with our video strategy, graphics and communications teams to effectively visualize our messages

What's needed

For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
  • Sound knowledge in the use of video editing programs
  • Experience in creating social media content and video production
  • Creative thinking
  • Experience in implementing a video strategy
  • Very good written German language skills or ability to compensate with AI
  • Reliability, ability to work in a team and an independent way of working
  • Interest in social issues and working in a non-profit environment
  • Capacity to edit a short video at least every two weeks (or one long video per month)
