RheinFlanke gGmbH was founded in Cologne in 2006 and is carrying out projects in youth work and refugee aid at nine locations throughout Germany. The non-profit organization puts particular emphasis on children and adolescents who have less access to education and training and thus also to social participation. In order to promote these young people as well, RheinFlanke offers holistic, needs-based programs. The innovative work concept includes a flexible combination of educational and vocational training measures as well as outreach services. With the help of its national and international networks, RheinFlanke reaches up to 2,000 children and adolescents every week.More about the organisation
The team HOPE U19 is the junior football team of the RheinFlanke success program HOPE. In cooperation with the traditional Cologne club Arminia 09, the team has been taking part in the official matches of the district league since the 2016 season. The integrative football team quickly established itself as the flagship of the entire programme and has become an attraction for young people and young adults with a newcomer background. Due to the high demand for football offers from predominantly underage interested people, as well as the generally increasing number of participants in the programme, RheinFlanke also initiated the establishment of a <17 team in 2017.
You should regularly support the training and game operations and, if necessary, take on planning tasks.
Of course, an interest in football is important, but you should also be independent and reliable.
