About the volunteering opportunity
Build&Grow organizes 3-5-day trips to Eastern Europe. The team of up to 30 people is tasked with building a house for a family in need in just 3 days and receives all the necessary materials and professional support from Build & Grow.
In just a few days, the team can make a lasting difference to a family's life and counteract the dramatic housing problem in Eastern Europe. This unforgettable experience combines corporate volunteering, social responsibility (CSR), personnel development and employer branding in an authentic way.
Your Tasks
How can you help?
Your role: As Fundraising Manager you are at the heart of our funding strategy, responsible for the applications that drive our mission forward.
- Researching funding providers
- Developing and implementing funding applications (with the help of AI, we'll be happy to show you how)
- Coordination and alignment with our COO
We work together remotely on a voluntary basis (currently from Munich, Hamburg, Leipzig, Gummersbach and Portugal).
We meet 2-3 times a year as a team (approx. 5 people) in any city in Germany and at least once in Eastern Europe (if possible).

What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
Ideally, you have a digital affinity, enjoy researching and are detail-oriented when dealing with documents - at best, you are not afraid of numbers.
You like to work alone, but also like to coordinate with the team.
