About the volunteering opportunity
An offer from BENN Alt-Hohenschönhausen:
We are looking for volunteers who would like to help people practicing German in language courses. Together with us, you will design a room for learning German for different language levels. The aim of the learning room is to practise what has been learned in the language courses, have conversations and clarify questions.
Are you a native German speaker or have C1 level, are you open-minded and patient? Then join us and help with this important task!

Your Tasks
Practicing German with refugees
What's needed
Volunteers must be native German speakers.
If you are not a native speaker of German, but speak the language at C1 level, you are welcome to come along.
Time required
Regularly
Approx. 2 hours per week.
On weekdays, during the day
The learning café should run for at least 6 months.
The weekly meetings are always on Thursdays and last 90 - 120 min, 30 min arrival phase with coffee/drinks and 60 min concentrated work.
