About the volunteering opportunity

We are always looking for more active people who want to volunteer in nature conservation around the bay.

Membership of NABU is not mandatory, but recommended (NABU members are covered by accident and liability insurance during their involvement).
Your Tasks
Possible tasks that can be taken on are
- Recording the flora and fauna on site,
- Assisting with maintenance work in the biotopes of the bay,
- Public relations work (designing showcases and nature trails, leading/accompanying excursions and hands-on activities - especially for children).
- Organizational support (accepting registrations for guided tours, introducing new interested parties, preparing working group meetings, etc.)
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.

2-6 hours/month, care assignments, excursions and other activities outside the working group meetings
