You can choose between social team events, action days for the entire workforce or a software-supported corporate volunteering programme.

Social Days
Create your social team event with us for a motivated team & a better world
The opportunities for Social Days are various: job application training for refugees, excursions with senior citizens, preparing care packages or meals for the homeless, building raised beds in a youth club or joint clean-ups in a park - in our partner network of more than 1,700 non-profit organisations, there is something for everyone and always something to do.
We work together to find a suitable charitable activity at your desired location that suits you and your employees. We always make sure that the Social Day activities are geared to the needs of the organisation so that the commitment results in a real win-win situation.
Once you have decided on a Social Day activity, we will make the arrangements with the organisations, procure the necessary materials and ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
We recommend group sizes of 10-20 people in order to provide effective support in an organisation or at a location. In most cases, there are not enough tasks and rooms available for more people.
For larger groups or teams that may also be spread across different locations in Germany, we offer Social Days in which several projects are carried out in parallel. These can even take place partially or completely digitally. An event like this allows over 1,000 employees to take part. In doing so, we ensure that everyone has a meaningful role and a meaningful task to make a positive impact while ensuring efficient collaboration.
In order to achieve a sustainable and positive impact for the non-profit organisations, you should plan a certain budget. Depending on the type of commitment, there may be costs for materials (e.g. for wood, paint or plants) that cannot be covered by the locations. You should also factor in catering for the volunteers involved.
We at vostel.de take care of the organisation and ensure that everything runs smoothly. In addition to the material and catering costs incurred, we therefore charge a service fee. This fee depends on the number of participants and the overall organisational effort.
By taking these costs into account, we ensure that the commitment is attractive and effective for both the participating volunteers and the charitable organisations supported. Together, we create a lasting impact and leave a tangible and visible positive influence.
Volunteer Management Tool
With our Volunteer Management Tool, you can easily organise, manage and track your corporate volunteering activities and create meaningful reports.
With our Volunteer Management Tool, you receive a customised platform filled with selected non-profit projects that is specifically adapted to your corporate design and preferences. You can make this platform available to your employees to give them easy access to social commitment as part of their working hours.
You decide which volunteering opportunities are offered on the platform in terms of topics, interests and skills, group sizes, duration and locations. We customise the platform according to your wishes and thus offer a tailored and diverse selection for your employees.
We provide your employees with a wide range of volunteering opportunities via our volunteer management tool. They can choose between social team events or volunteering as an individual, e.g. in a pro bono project. Your employees can easily register on the volunteering platform, find a suitable project and register directly for an assignment or get in touch with a social organisation. In their dashboard, they can keep an eye on their commitment and manage it.
The Volunteer Management Tool allows you to track the progress of the volunteering activities at a glance via a smart dashboard. You can record information on the number of participants, hours worked, favourite areas of volunteering, employee feedback and the impact of your corporate volunteering measures. Our tool also generates detailed reports to analyse the success of your volunteering activities and communicate them both inside and outside your company.
If desired you can activate our in-kind donation tool within the Volunteer Management Tool and enable your employees to provide in-kind donations matching the requests from our non-profit network.

On a Social Day, your employees work together on a fixed date for a good cause. This strengthens team spirit and contributes to a better world. The work of the participants either benefits a charitable organisation, e.g. by renovating a common room in a children's home.
