Housing First brings homeless people from Stuttgart back into fixed tenancies.
We are looking for apartments for homeless people from Stuttgart. In doing so, we start from the principle that housing is a human right that you do not have to earn. Our professional team supports the tenants with all questions around the move-in & with all matters that arise in the current tenancy. We offer landlords a contact person for all rental matters, a rent default guarantee & if necessary, rapid intervention, so that the housing is maintained in the long term.
For our project, we are looking for helping hands with move-ins such as help with painting or wallpapering, help with moving and furnishing the apartment.

The project mediates these rental apartments with unlimited rental contracts to homeless people from Stuttgart. For this purpose, we acquire housing from cooperative and independent housing associations, churches, banks and private owners.
In addition, we offer tenants need-based support and landlords a contact person for all rental matters, rent protection and rapid intervention, with the aim of creating long-term and secure housing conditions
