About the volunteering opportunity
Project Berlin ABC - Volunteers wanted!
As part of the Berlin ABC project, we offer activities for participants of integration courses. The aim is to help immigrants get to know Berlin better, practise their German and make social contacts.
We are looking for committed volunteers who would like to help us organize and accompany excursions, city tours, museum visits or small discussion groups. The activities take place in a relaxed atmosphere and should above all be fun and encourage participants to use their language skills in everyday life.
If you enjoy interacting with people, like showing Berlin and would like to contribute to integration, we would be delighted to have your support!

Your Tasks
The volunteers should support us in organizing and carrying out leisure activities - for example, excursions, city tours, museum visits or small discussion groups. They accompany the groups, help with orientation and help to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and can participate.

For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.

Voluntary commitment has a long tradition at Johanniter. We welcome anyone who wants to contribute to the common good on a voluntary basis. There is no age limit, as long as the volunteers can deal with the tasks they want to do.
