Your Tasks
🌍 Volunteer at the new Oxfam Shop Tegel - Get involved for a fairer world
Do you have time and want to get involved? Do you love second-hand goods - be it clothes, books or household goods - and want to make a sustainable contribution to a world without poverty?
Then join our new team in Tegel! Our new store in Tegel will open in May 2026. This is your chance to be there right from the start, become part of the new team and do good with us.
This is how you can get involved:
- Together with your team, you will ensure that our store runs smoothly - with heart, commitment and organizational talent.
- You will receive donations in kind, sort them, label them and present them in the salesroom.
- You will advise customers, operate the till and make sure the store looks inviting.
- You support special promotions and actively contribute your ideas.
- With your communication skills, you represent Oxfam's values and vision to customers and donors - openly and warmly.
What we are looking for:
- You are interested in regular commitment (approx. 5 hours per week in a fixed shift) and ideally stay with us for longer.
- You are open, a team player, reliable and have a good command of German to communicate with customers and donors.
