About the volunteering opportunity
To mark World Malaria Day on April 25, we are once again organizing "Malaria Week Berlin" with various events to raise awareness of malaria and collect donations for our "Malaria Free Cameroon" project. This includes the Malarathon (Malaria+Marathon), a charity run that will take place on Sunday, April 26, 2026 on Tempelhofer Feld. The run consists of a 3km, 5km and 10km course, as well as a Bambini run for children. There is something for everyone and together we run for a malaria-free Cameroon.
We need your support to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

The tasks include, among others:
- Handing out start numbers to the runners (25.04.2026, 3-6 pm at Brauhaus Neulich)

- Distribution of cake and coffee
- Animation before the run (small warm-up)
- Children's entertainment (during the run)
