For our health programs, the DRK Kreisverband Bremen e.V. is looking for a dedicated exercise instructor who empowers, supports, and inspires people to move with joy.
Your Tasks
You will independently lead classes in vibration plate training and ensure a safe and motivating training environment.
Specifically:
- Conducting weekly classes
- Work location: Löwenhof 1, 28217 Bremen
- Providing individualized support to participants
- Promoting health, mobility, and well-being
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
You’re not a loud motivator, but more like a calm, steady force—reliable and inspiring.
Important factors:
- Good basic fitness
- A positive, open, and motivating demeanor
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn about vibration plate training (if you don’t have any prior experience)
- Alignment with the values of the German Red Cross
Formal Requirements
- Valid instructor certification (e.g., DOSB, LSB, DRK)
- Current first aid certification (can be obtained through us)
- Certificate of Good Conduct and Privacy Policy
- Proof of measles vaccination
Time required
Regularly
Approx. 2 hours per week.
On weekdays, during the day
- Approx. 1.5 to 3 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling on weekdays
