Need for tablets for our organization to support people with a migration background and refugees
Our organization helps people with a migration background and refugees to fill out digital applications at authorities such as the job center, immigration office and town hall. Many do not have a laptop or tablet and have little experience with digital processes. That's why we show them how they can complete online applications independently.
Why we need tablets:
- Larger screen for better visibility
- Training courses in which participants learn how to submit digital applications independently
- Support in the use of online services such as email, citizen portals and digital documents
- Mobile use in different locations for workshops
Technical requirements:
- Screen size: At least 10 inches for better readability
- Operating system: iOS (iPads) or Android (Samsung Galaxy Tab or comparable)
- Memory: At least 64 GB for documents and apps
- WLAN function: Necessary for online training courses
- Battery: At least 6-8 hours for all-day use
Quantity:
We require multiple tablets as we offer training at different locations.
Color and brand preference:
- No specific color required
- Preferred brands: Apple (iPad), Samsung (Galaxy Tab) or comparable quality products
Additional equipment:
- Protective covers and screen protectors for longer durability
- Input pens (optional) to make it easier to fill out forms
Our participants are trained so that they can complete digital administrative procedures independently. We are happy to receive new or used tablets in good condition.
