Native German speakers wanted - support our language cafés!

Berlin Lingua Hub is a dynamic initiative dedicated to promoting German language learning and cultural exchange in Berlin. Our main goal is to support the integration of migrants by offering regular language cafés where people from different backgrounds come together to practise German, learn about new cultures and make valuable friendships.

We are looking for committed native German speakers or migrants with a very good knowledge of German who would like to lead our language cafés as volunteer moderators. Your main task will be to moderate the conversations, create a friendly atmosphere and support the participants in learning German. We also welcome volunteers who would like to play an active role in the organization, for example by creating learning materials, managing our social media channels or communicating with partners.

We offer an expense allowance of €20 per event.

Very good knowledge of German: Native speakers or migrants with a very good knowledge of German.

Commitment: High motivation and willingness to participate regularly in our language cafés.

Friendliness and openness: A welcoming and supportive attitude towards the participants.

No special experience required: No prior knowledge or special skills are necessary as all materials are provided.

Our language cafés take place twice a week and last 2 hours each; Monday beginner group and Wednesday advanced group. We are looking for volunteers who are willing to attend these events on a regular basis to ensure a consistent and supportive environment for our participants.
