About the volunteering opportunity
Become a mentor for young American scholarship holders in Greifswald!
As part of the Parliamentary Sponsorship Program for Young Professionals, we are looking for motivated mentors throughout Germany to accompany our American scholarship holders during their exchange year in Germany.
Every year, 65 young Americans travel to Germany with the support of the German Bundestag and the US Congress to learn German at a language school, study at a university and then complete a work-related internship.
During their stay, they live in various cities - with host families, in halls of residence or private accommodation - and are supported by local mentors.
We are looking for motivated people who enjoy intercultural exchange and would like to accompany our scholarship holders in their new environment.
