About the volunteering opportunity
The Young Economy Club e.V. is a non-profit initiative that promotes free practical economic education and equal opportunities. We want to offer young people guidance on economic, political and social issues and make knowledge accessible. Our aim is to present complex issues in an understandable way, stimulate debate and provide well-founded information.
The editorial team plays a central role in shaping the content of our platforms. We research, analyze and write articles, blog posts and social media contributions on relevant topics. We make sure that our content is not only informative, but also inspiring and easy to understand. With our texts, we help to make economic and political education more exciting and promote a fact-based culture of debate.
Your Tasks
As part of the editorial team, you will be responsible for creating in-depth and engaging content that communicates economic, political and social issues in an understandable way. You will write articles, blog posts and analyses that inform our target group and inspire them to think.
An essential part of your work is preparing complex topics for various channels in a way that is appropriate for the target group - from detailed blog articles and concise social media posts to informative newsletters. You will carry out research and fact-checking to ensure that all content is up-to-date, correct and well-founded.
In addition, you will assist with the editorial design of event announcements and campaigns to make our educational offerings even more visible. You will also have the opportunity to develop new creative formats that make economic education innovative and exciting. Together with the marketing team, you will ensure that our content is distributed effectively and reaches the right target group.
📢 Do you enjoy writing, researching and economic, political or social topics? Then join our team and create high-quality content with us!
