About the volunteering opportunity

With the School Connect project, the Young Economy Club e.V. is committed to strengthening free, practical and sustainable economic education in schools. Our aim is to make students understand economic relationships at an early stage and prepare them for their professional future.

A particular focus is on promoting young women in business. We are therefore expanding our program with special workshops for girls' schools, which are led by female CEOs and managers. The focus is on topics such as the confidence gap, women in management positions, career opportunities in business and entrepreneurship. With these formats, we want to encourage young women to confidently shape their own career paths.

Your Tasks

As part of the School Connect team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing the workshops for girls' schools. This includes communicating with schools and teachers to establish cooperation and integrate the workshops optimally into everyday school life.

A central part of your work is contacting speakers, including female CEOs, founders and managers, who share their experiences and serve as inspiring role models. You will also support the content design of the workshops by working with the team to prepare relevant topics and develop innovative learning formats.

Through your commitment, you will ensure that our workshops are successfully implemented and create sustainable added value for the participants.
