About the volunteering opportunity
We are looking for you as a committed volunteer to offer chair gymnastics for the neighborhood in our district center.
Your Tasks
Your tasks
- Independent planning and implementation of chair gymnastics classes for different age groups and fitness levels
- Promoting a sense of community through sporting activities
- Support with public relations work as part of the program
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
Requirements
- Experience in leading (sports) groups
- Knowledge and skills in the field of squat gymnastics
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- A certificate of good conduct is required.
- Ideally, a valid first aid certificate is available.
Time required
Regularly
Approx. 1 hour per week.
On weekdays, during the day

- Equipment with the necessary working materials on site
- Optional: In cooperation with TSV Wittenau there is the possibility to acquire a trainer's license
