We want to expand our cool and passionate social media team and are looking for you to research, plan and prepare our content.

Your Tasks
- Identification and research of relevant topics and development of campaigns, social media content and strategies
- Planning posts, campaigns and post series for our Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin channels
- Assisting with the creation of the editorial plan
- Project planning
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, basic German skills are required.
- Affinity for Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin
- Experience in strategic online and social media planning and management and the preparation of content and formats
- Interest in volunteer work in a human rights-oriented organization and our focus topics: Human trafficking, labor exploitation, prostitution
- Willingness to research and educate on relevant topics

You can organize your time and distribution of tasks flexibly. There are occasional online team meetings that you should attend.

Hey, we are lightup
As a youth organization, we shed light on the reality of human trafficking, labor and sexual exploitation in order to reduce demand and prevent young people from becoming victims of exploitation themselves through prevention work.
In doing so, we rely on the young generation: we believe that the attitude, voice and actions of young people are enormously important when it comes to ending abuses like human trafficking and exploitation. That's why we encourage and empower young people to become active for change and give them a platform to use their ideas, talents and skills to fight against exploitation and for freedom.
lightup raises awareness and informs through workshops and social media, engages in public and political debates, and empowers young people to start local teams, events, and creative projects.
As an organization, we have no religious or party political affiliation.
