About the volunteering opportunity
Once a week (Wednesdays 4-6 p.m.), a men's café takes place in the shared accommodation for refugees in Trewskowstr. Men from different countries of origin meet there to spend time together and talk about different topics. From them came the wish to invite someone to the men's café with whom they can speak German! Most of them attend language courses, but they would like practical support in order to master the language better.

The LfG-B is a state-owned carrier and operates several accommodations for refugees in Berlin, one of which is the shared accommodation at Treskowstraße 15/16 in Pankow. Approximately 510 people from 25 different countries of origin live in the shared accommodation.
