About the volunteering opportunity
In the refugee accommodation there is a homework supervision for the school children in the elementary and middle school. As a volunteer team, you organize the homework supervision on different days of the week. You support a small group of school children in carefully completing their homework and help them if they have questions or need practice. A suitable room in the accommodation is available.
Your Tasks
You will help a small group of school children to do their homework carefully and you will help them with their concerns and questions.
What's needed
-pedagogical skills and enjoy working with children
-motivating and stress resistant when things get turbulent
-patience and open-mindedness
Time required
Mon-Fri // 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Weekday by arrangement
Important notice
With us, you need an extended certificate of good conduct. But you can apply for it through us free of charge. In addition, a measles vaccination, or a recovery from the disease pflicht.
