Travel companionship for children and young people with disabilities

Einhorn gGmbH organizes vacation trips for children and young people with and without disabilities as well as family weekend trips with an educational component. Our trips take place in Germany, where we attach importance to the fact that the respective vacation properties are equipped handicapped friendly and are located in a scenic environment with swimming opportunities. The Einhorn gGmbH uses, among other things, the Elbtal Campus Lenzen in the Prignitz region, which has been specially leased for this purpose. Our participants are accompanied and cared for by volunteer tour guides.

You will support the participants according to their individual needs during the trip. We would like to offer the participants a varied and eventful vacation that is adapted to their individual needs. The focus is on recreation, fun and joint activities. This includes among other things

• Sports, games and swimming
• Campfires, hikes and excursions
• Creative handicrafts and design
• Parties, disco, cinema and theater

The children and young people are actively involved in the design.

• No specific skills - Teamwork and reliability are important to us, as well as enjoyment in working with children and young people with and without impairments (social or nursing profession advantageous).
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You need an intermediate knowledge of German (language level B2)
• Extended certificate of good conduct without entries (not older than three months, can be applied for free of charge through Einhorn)

These are leisure trips - here the work input amounts to the entire duration of the trip.
