Support us in building up a fundraising department and enable cooperation projects in East Africa

Build and develop a fundraising department. Organize and coordinate crowdfunding, grants or funding awards with funders/foundations in the private and public sector for existing project teams. Induction + free potential development and warm welcome into the young, motivated team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• developing fundraising ideas for the implementation of necessary projects
• crowdfunding in collaboration with the project team
• applying for funding and grants
• individual development of fundraising strategies
• campaigns for fundraising in teamwork
• organize the areas of responsibility independently and develop them individually

You have basic knowledge of financial marketing or would like to build this up?

You are bursting with ingenuity and would like to use this ability to acquire funds in a creative way for our projects in development cooperation?

You can flexibly arrange your time, as we work completely remotely. Initially, there will be an individual team meeting 1-2 times a month in your team or with your mentor. If necessary, more often.  It would be great if you participate.
