About the volunteering opportunity
The MUT-ATLAS is Germany's first non-profit, cross-thematic and data protection-compliant online overview map for help and prevention services in the field of mental health. The long-term goal of the MUT-ATLAS is to present all of the more than 100,000 self-help and professional counseling and treatment services in the field of mental illness and thus make them centrally and securely accessible to those affected, their relatives and professional helpers. In order to achieve this ambitious goal, we look forward to your support as a volunteer MUT-SCOUT.
Your Tasks
As a MUT-SCOUT, you research offers and enter them into the MUT-ATLAS. Or you check existing offers to make sure they are up to date. All you need is Internet access and you can get started flexibly in terms of time and location. In this way, you can help to create a reliable and comprehensive overview that provides important guidance for those affected by mental illness and their relatives.
If you would like to become part of our community, please send us an e-mail or a message at vostel.de.
We look forward to hearing from you!

What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
You will be trained (online) by experienced members of our team to research and create offers of help in our MUT-ATLAS. All you need as a MUT-SCOUT is Internet access and a capable end device - i.e. a laptop, cell phone or tablet.
Time required
You choose the scope, times and location of your commitment yourself. The community chat, a contact person and regular virtual MUT-SCOUT consultation hours are available to you at all times.
Where?
This project is location independent.
Mut fördern e.V.

As a self-help organization, we want to live in a society in which mental illnesses receive the same attention as physical illnesses.
We achieve this by openly educating people about mental health issues and creating spaces for encounters and exchanges that are open to all people and in which they can experience self-efficacy.
