About the volunteering opportunity

Help us to inspire more girls for IT and increase gender diversity in the industry by supporting us in expanding our local and Germany-wide teams and thus laying the foundation for the growth of our organization.

Of course, we are also happy about any other contribution to our marketing, finance, tech and IT teams regardless of the tasks listed here and will also support you in setting up your own location. Please send us an email to ichwillhelfen@starcode.de, we look forward to hearing from you!

Your Tasks

🎉 Recruiting: Search for new committed volunteers, conduct job interviews and oversee the selection process.

🆕 Onboarding: Help new members get started, organize introductory courses and act as a point of contact.

👫 Team building: Promote cohesion within the HR team through regular meetings, team-building activities and events.

🗂️ Administration: Maintain our databases, create reports and assist with administrative tasks.

📢 Communication: Develop and implement strategies to approach potential volunteers on various platforms and social media channels.
