Schülerpaten Dortmund e.V. arranges and supervises 1:1 educational sponsorships between German-speaking volunteers and pupils from immigrant families.

Within the framework of free individual tutoring (1x per week, approx. 90 minutes, for at least 6 months), educational disadvantages are to be counteracted and social cohesion is to be promoted through mutual exchange.
