As a member of AIESEC in Paderborn you are an important part of the volunteer work we do. Your membership is designed to get you out of your comfort zone and to develop you as a human being. At the same time you gain practical experience in the field of marketing while you are still studying!
Your Tasks
Your duties will include:
- The planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Varied projects on sustainable topics
- Working with many dedicated members from different cultures
- Analysis of key figures and evaluation of campaigns
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity you don't need any German skills.
You don't need any previous experience. Especially if you are studying something in the field of marketing, you can gain great practical skills and put what you have learned into practice.

Approx. 8 hours per week.
The hourly effort is up to 10 hours in the peak, but adapts to your personal circumstances. You can divide your time quite flexibly. There are usually weekly team meetings in which the actions for the coming week are planned.
