About the volunteering opportunity
JOBLINGE is a non-profit organisation that helps young people to get an apprenticeship or a job. In a specially developed program lasting several months, participants learn which profession suits them, what strengths they possess and how to apply properly. In addition, we attach great importance to the targeted promotion of social skills. In the course of their search for an apprenticeship, young people often find themselves in job interviews, assessment centers or internships, where they have to present themselves from their best side. In order for them to make a convincing first impression, we would like to sensitise them to the topics of appearance and posture in a workshop.
Your Tasks
Are you an expert on the subject of posture and appearance? In consultation with our pedagogical staff, you will design a workshop of two to four hours in length and conduct it with a group of young people. We work both digitally and on-site in Cologne and Troisdorf and can flexibly adapt to your wishes.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
We are looking forward to good German language skills and expertise in the topic of posture and appearance. First experience in dealing with young people and in the conception and implementation of workshops are desirable.
Time required
It would be great if the workshop could be held every one to two months in the range of 2-4 hours. The workshops can be conducted digitally or at one of our locations in Cologne and Troisdorf.
