Your Tasks
What's needed
- 22 years or older,
- Residence in the vicinity of Ursberg (e.g. in Augsburg, Günzburg, Ulm, Munich and the surrounding area),
- Desire to accompany a child or young person with a difficult fate on a long-term basis,
- time once a week to visit mentee in Ursberg (e.g. on weekends).
- In addition, it is an advantage if you already have experience in dealing with children with disabilities.
- Knowledge of the Russian or Ukrainian language is helpful, but not a requirement - because playing and laughing are universally understood languages.
- Exclusion criterion: Persons who have been legally convicted of a criminal offense according to § 72a paragraph 1 sentence 1 SGB VIII cannot become mentors. Therefore, an inspection of the extended certificate of good conduct is required.

We are committed to helping orphans in Eastern Eurasia. With a variety of projects, we support children in children's homes with health care, education and in life emergencies. Currently, our focus is primarily on children in Ukrainian children's homes.
