Cultural assistans wanted for the Zebrano Theater

The neat Zebrano Theater in Berlin's Friedrichshain, where chanson culture and literary cabaret are cultivated at the highest level, where icons of the singer-songwriter scene such as Dota Kehr, Bodo Wartke, Sebastian Krämer, and Manfred Maurenbrecher shake hands, but where new blood and weird subculture are also promoted, is urgently looking for new volunteers!

Experiencing evenings of lively entertainment culture from the perspective of ticket and beverage sales or the technical desk, taking responsibility for the success of a concert or a theater performance together with other cabaret enthusiasts - that is an activity that is as demanding as it is fulfilling. But you have to give it time and heart.

The preparations for a performance start on site around 5 p.m. and the last clean-up handholds are done around midnight. The more helping hands support us in the evening, the faster it is finished, and all together they make a decisive contribution to the continued preservation of this renowned stage, which otherwise would not be able to keep up its performance schedule. In addition, as a premium member, helpers receive free admission to all events at the Zebrano Theater.

Actually, there are no special requirements. You should be able to calculate (but we also have a calculator) and you should be friendly. Probably the biggest requirement is the time you have to invest. There are three intensive phases: before the event, during the break, after the event. In between, you can watch the respective performance as a cultural helper.

We are looking for cultural assistants for the Zebrano Theater. You should have time once or twice a month in the evening (from about 5:00 pm to max. 12:00 am) to supervise events together with others.

Working at the Zebrano Theater is fun and gives you fulfillment. The Zebrano Theater brings high-quality culture to the neighborhood at a small price. This is only possible with personal commitment and heart and soul. These components have made the theater a gem of the Berlin song, cabaret and reading scene for almost 20 years.
