About the volunteering opportunity
In our homeless accommondation in Wedding, we are looking for volunteers to accompany and support our residents at appointments.
Many residents have little knowledge of German. For this reason, they need help with translating texts and interpreting at appointments.
The required languages are: Arabic (high demand), Bulgarian, Romanian, Ukrainian and Russian.
It is sufficient if you speak one of these languages at an intermediate level (B1, B2), but your German should be at an advanced level (C1, C2).

- Translating and interpreting at various appointments, including medical appointments, visits to the authorities and important conversations
