About the volunteering opportunity
Our shared flat in Kreuzberg is looking for a committed leisure partner for a 65-year-old, versatile and culturally interested gentleman. He would like company and support with various activities on the following days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. He is enthusiastic about playing boules, visiting museums, going to the theater, concerts, using a computer, cycling, yoga and going to flea markets.
Despite life's challenges, he is mobile and looks forward to varied activities that reflect his interest in culture and exercise.

Your Tasks
- Regular or occasional meetings on the specified days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Participation in activities (boules, museum visits, theater performances, concerts, computer use, cycling, yoga and visits to flea markets).
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
- Sensitivity and empathy in dealing with people with disabilities.
- Communication skills and the ability to have an open conversation.
- Willingness to meet regularly.
- A respectful and open appearance.
- Be aware that epileptic seizures may occur in rare cases.

Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Important notice
You will be trained on site by our colleagues to ensure that you are familiar with the needs and special features.
Possession of a first aider or first aid course is helpful, but not a prerequisite
