About the volunteering opportunity

With trained breathing trainers, we will visit women's groups and homes for handicapped people and children and teach them the breathing exercises. We have already achieved great results here. Some of them have already been able to stop taking sleeping pills and the caregivers have continued to do the exercises with the children, enjoying the enthusiasm of the children and caregivers.

Using mental and physical techniques (such as yoga, breathing techniques, tapping, QiGong), we help people to experience a more de-traumatized way of life. So we teach them the tools, not complicated, lengthy training courses that are necessary for professionals.
It's about effective, simple methods. People then apply these in small groups and to themselves.

Our goal is to reach 10-15% of the population in Bosnia and every country that follows and help them to free themselves from the heavy nets of suffering in which they are trapped after the war. We want to lay the foundation for a self-determined life and break the cycle of untreated trauma.

As we can all see right now, when a war is over, it is not the end.
Traumas that remain unaddressed continue a constant cycle. That is why it is important to act with foresight and make the right decisions today to help where it is needed most.

The purpose of the association is to help people in need. We achieve this through
  • Relief measures in areas of need (at home and abroad)
  • Help and therapeutic measures to alleviate trauma and other influences that cause people suffering.
  • Training courses that enable those affected to reconnect with social life.
  • In addition, training for other national and international aid organizations so that they can increasingly implement their aid projects independently and sustainably
