About the volunteering opportunity

[un]visible is on the way to bringing a new understanding of illness and health into society.

We would like to encourage a rethink. We want to promote the self-determination of "patients". We want to encourage personal responsibility. We want to set an example of self-empowerment. We want to contribute to systemic change.
We are an industry-independent initiative that has set itself the goal of establishing information and contact points for people with life-changing diagnoses and drawing attention to a major gap in care. The services are intended to ensure a high level of low-threshold accessibility through local presence and peer2peer counseling, so that the inhibition threshold for those affected to get in touch with us is lowered. This pilot project is based in Konstanz.

We want to educate and raise awareness, particularly in the healthcare sector and in the world of work, and encourage change.
For our big vision (which we would be happy to explain to you in a personal conversation), we need co-thinkers, co-developers and doers.

Are you moved by our idea and would you like to get to know us?

Where?

[un]sichtbar - Initiative zur Sichtbarmachung der Belange chronisch erkrankter Menschen

We support and inform people with life-changing diagnoses and those around them. Why do we do this? Because we are experts by experience and want to shorten the long road of silence and being left alone.
