Rides through Wolfsburg with an electric bicycle rickshaw for elderly people

We are looking for committed people who are interested in taking our residents for a ride on our electric bicycle rickshaw.

These are short trips such as from our house (Goethestraße, downtown) to Schillerteich or to other parts of the city so that people can see what it looks like now in their former neighborhood.

Short trips to the Allersee are also possible.

Your support would look like this.

You would drive with the person who would like to participate in the excursion on that day, from our facility to the previously discussed destination. You might take a short break in between (we provide food and drink) and have a chat. The trips last no longer than 1.5 hours and are very popular. The battery is sufficient for a total distance of about 25 km when fully charged.

The preparation and follow-up (informing residents, dressing them according to the weather and bringing them to the entrance, getting the rickshaw out of the garage and preparing it) will of course be done by us, so that you can fully concentrate on the resident.

Of course, before you start, each of you will receive an introduction on how to use the bicycle rickshaw, so that you feel safe.

Currently we drive 2-3 times a month. With your help, we would be able to offer this beautiful activity more often for our residents. The ride itself takes about 1.5 hours.
